This wallpaper deserves to be highlighted because of many reasons:
The fence looks so real and detailled that you can almost touch it. In many cases, wallers copy and paste similiar objects of the background (e.g. flowers). But this fence looks like it has been drawn stroke by stroke.
The colours and combination of highlights and shadows create a dark and mysterious atmosphere which suits the manga perfectly. I'm glad dolce-yasmin didn't stick to the original colours which wouldn't be as effective as the brown tone.
Not to forget the vector itself which is not only a huge improvement of the original scan, but also shows you dolce-yasmin's improvement of her vectoring skills!
no prob for the comment. and it's great to see that you have a hard working attitude. :'D lengthy critiquing always fields the risk of being disliked, so i'm glad that you are willing to take it positively. and, i see, cloud brushes -- i can be pretty much certain they were made from stock photos though, just like most such brushes.
i'm unfamiliar with MT's regulations, but in AP vector art is uploaded as a scan, the purpose of which is to be used as a walling resource for wallers...or otherwise, simply collected and admired. definitely read the FAQ on vectors to ensure that your vector art meets AP requirements, especially resolution. it is advisable to save your vector art in .png format without a background layer (e.g. in PS, when opening a new canvas, select bg to be transparent). this removes the necessity for extraction. but you don't seem to want your work to be used as a resource?
